Independence Village is a community for active adults 55+ who want to enjoy their retirement while avoiding time-consuming yard and household maintenance and other tasks. A gated neighborhood, it offers 103 one- and two-bedroom homes, some of which include additional studys.

Independence Village is a beautifully landscaped community that provides a resort-like setting for retirement life. All residents have access to a Tuscan-style clubhouse that is not only a gathering place for the community, but also includes facilities like a business center, a fitness center, a pool and spa, wine and spirits lockers, a game room, a massage room, a library, and guest suites. Even those with an open calendar will soon have one filled with activities and events hosted within the Independence Hill community. Expect to find new friends here, but this is an open community where your family and old friends are always welcome.
