The group activities offered within the Independence Hill retirement community are largely ones that our residents have requested. We host regular “calendar chats” that allow residents to share ideas.

On any day of the week, there may be opportunities for:

• Day trips to nearby communities, shops, museums, etc.
• Listening to speakers talking about history, travel, current events, or other topics
• Hands-on classes in cooking, crafts, painting, dance, and more
• Live music, movies, and holiday-related options
• Pet therapy for animal lovers

Choices change monthly. Often our residents offer to share their talents with us, but at other times people outside our community showcase their expertise and creativity.
